Before the new machine is turned on, the fuel tank is filled with hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil is filled, the hydraulic oil must be filtered first.
When starting the oil pump for the first time, first open the oil inlet ball valve, then loosen the pressure adjustment screw of the proportional relief
valve, adjust the pressure to the minimum, and loosen the bleed screw on the proportional relief valve to start the oil pump. After 2-3 hours of no-
load operation, tighten the bleeder screw on the proportional relief valve and tighten it with the pressure adjustment screw to adjust the system
pressure to the working state.
